Very satisfactory cleaning every day. Clean towels daily. Nice bar/restaurant with great atmosphere. Hotel located downtown.

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area, right next to a shopping mall and within walking distance of some good restaurants. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with helpful and friendly staff. the breakfast provided is decent, with options like boiled eggs available.

The hotel lacks proper fire detection inside the rooms, which is a concerning safety issue.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is a perfect place to spend your Christmas. The rooms are clean and have a nice atmosphere. The hotel has a great bar and restaurant, which is a great place to grab a drink after a tiring day of traveling. The staff are friendly and helpful, making you feel more like family than a guest. , the free and fast internet connection is a plus, especially when you need to stay connected with your loved ones during the holidays.

The beds are uncomfortable, and they creaked loudly, giving restless nights. The room was not well ventilated, and it started to get stuffy.

Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and had a great time! the room was spotless and the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance to some great restaurants and bars. the hotel also provided a complimentary breakfast buffet which was delicious.

The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. Another downside was that the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, which was a bit frustrating.
